Since I won't be here to cook (again!), I put a beef round roast in the crockpot with terryaki and onions. Then peeled and cut up potatoes, added fresh thyme and bay, fresh ground pepper and a smattering of dill, turn it in some oil and stuffed it in the fridge with a note for the youngun detailing what temp and time to put it in the oven.
Aren't you proud of me?
(We have frozen veggies to steam to go with it. So there.)
