For lovely people on the Internet who willingly share their expertise and recipes! Today homemade ginger ale is fermenting on the counter thanks to this site. I used whey instead of making a ginger bug. I may do in the bug future if I don't like it with whey. The leftover cream cheese from separating the whey is delicious. So, fun with ginger and I hope my taste buds gets the flavour I am anticipating - ginger ale of my youth with sugar not HFCS. *grin*
