The stretches keep my lower back in good shape and my upper back in decent shape, but the neck ... the darn neck just won't stop. It waxes and wanes, and I know my neck and shoulders are where I carry all my stress. I can feel my shoulders inch upwards towards my ears on the most stressful days (and let's face it, the past 4-5 weeks have been hell). I have to consciously drop my shoulders and tug on that imaginary string atop my head to force normal posture. But any little thing that may assist I am willing to try.
