Gratitude Project

I am grateful to my dear friend Seasons who always has her thumb on the pulse of what is going on in the Pagan community. She linked to this census and I took it. Lots of room for comments! Thank you, {{{{{Pope Seasons}}}}}}.

The Pagan Census - Revisited

Pagan Census

We are conducting an international survey of contemporary Pagans. If you are a Pagan we would appreciate your taking the time to complete this survey.

This survey builds on an earlier one completed over twenty years ago, primarily in the United States, which was conducted by Helen A. Berger and Andras Arthen (of the EarthSpirit Community) entitled the Pagan Census. At the time it was hoped that we could do a census of the entire Pagan population. Although that was not possible the data that was collected was the largest of it type and served as the basis of a book, Voices from the Pagan Census by Helen A. Berger (with Evan Leach and Leigh S. Shaffer). The survey data is now available on line at Murray Research Archive at Harvard University.

I guess it depends on how you define "really long". I wasn't tracking the time. If you skip writing a lot of comments it is not too bad. If you want to comment bunches it will take awhile. It is all one one looooooooong internet page so you could start it and work on it throughout the day.

If you decide to do it pieces I would recommend writing and saving the pieces to the comment section in a text document in case your internet times out (if that is an issue for you) or your computer goes tits up. On thinking Droops, since you are loquacious, you may want to open the page and created a document for each comment section you want to answer, write them and then go back, take the survey and copy/paste your comments.

Seasons is on Facebook! :-)

Ahh, this is where Seasons is hiding!

I've taken it, though I skipped a few sections. It was just getting too long for me! A shame too, I break the mold on so many of the questions. :)
